Massive dilution (an additional 300M plus shares) -IMO we will not see a dollar share again. Cannot understand why 100M dollars is needed.

Even if there is a strong rights issue focus (guessing 1:1), there is still a 30M placement coming through which will allow for plenty of flippers which will suppress any capital growth.

from my calcs we will have approx 560M SOI at the end of this - question is with a 100M injection what is the company now worth??
