Looks like it's all going to sophisticated investors, not to the current little holders. We are not sophisticated enough to be allowed to pick up a share at 30c to possibly compensate for our losses should the SP recover. Our Directors will likely tell us that they did a placement to sophisticated investors, rather than to us, for the sake of expediency and to save on the cost of placement, thus "acting in our interest". I have seen this too many times already. Frankly, I do not care whether the new director is a good or bad guy any more. I am becoming cynical about the entire ASX farce.
