    The make up of any offer from MIN is not important, rather the fact that one is made.

    Will then likely flush out Baosteel or similar Chinese SOE who know that at today's share price (due to 5 year low IO prices), the company is a steal (no pun intended). Just like Aquila there is value there currently unrecognised in the share price.
