The problem is not the debt. it is that they paid ways too much for their recent acquisitions - and have nothing to show for it.
So lets see (from 2015 annual report and rounded to the closest million): total assets $813 m; of them intangibles (mainly goodwill): $528 m; leaves $285 m in (perhaps) sellable assets plus the "goodwill";
Liabilities against these $285 m: $394 m; Leaves real equity of negative $109 m (again plus the "goodwill";
This means if somebody would take over the company as a going concern for $1 (not per share, in total), than they would value the name already with more than $ 109 m. So - how much more do you think the name is worth?
Anything the name is more worth than these $109m would be the purchase price. I doubt that it is close to the in this forum proposed market cap of 1 Billion plus ... well, I would know better things to do with this sort of money (if I had it), but each to their own.
