I agree Ivan that the article is crap. The grinding business actually makes money---a rare enough thing these days. Money is cheal & getting cheaper. Negative interest rates are being discussed . So hang onto these profitable businesses.
Sure the Debt ratios look historically high, but these are unusual times.
