cujo - apologies if i havent worded things precisely - when i say lange wont hand over control, i refer to firstly what asf says, re:the deal being provided to shareholders. secondly, and probably more importantly, is that deal being RECOMMENDED. from my experience a deal, however attractive, without board support, rarely succeeds.
hence it may need to significantly attractive to attract that support.
