    Who was privy to this information for so long?

    Was it the institutions who were selling (less than 1% of their holding) anticipating this raising? Or were they shorting?

    The company should have disclosed on a monthly basis the cash costs during the commissioning phase.

    When is the earliest that CFC can launch another bid?
    They may thwart this raising!
