Today the AFR runs another article about super being taxed. This is becoming a media campaign to soften up public opinion. Although the headline appears to defend the no tax view, it is muddied by the details - see below.

It’s an idea that RSM Bird Cameron senior manager Campbell Simpson says the government should adopt.
“The simple solution is to change that so everyone over 60 starts to pay tax on amounts they pull out,” Mr Simpson said.
