"Centro is expected to announce this morning that it has managed that it has managed to negotiate yet another extension, its fourth since December when it revealed that debt-funding nightmare that caused its shares to plunge from $5.70 to as low as 23.5c.

The terms were still being hammered out last night but it is believed Centro will win another 48-hour window as banks put the finishing touches on hundreds of pages of documentation giving another three weeks for WestLB to consider its position."
