I still think if the Germans don't play ball and most likely the reason they are not playing ball they will get taken out by one of the bigger banks. The bigger banks really have no choice as they are in for $4 billion in unsecured loans and a very small $200 million in comparison is a drop in the well considering the alternative. I am more worried about the details of an announcement i.e. the wording used.
