APA have spent more money on the phase 2 stuff.
All COE need to do is get the plant to run at contract rate of 68tjd, and COE makes a motza.
COE has repeatedly said they hope to get Orbost producing over that 68tjd level.
If we get there, good times ahead, in peak gas price climate.
