ibm are indeed making record profits but really not in the same market in as much that uxc offers "niche" IT services....not end to end solutions like the big guys. And in terms of rates the big guys are on their own.....ie expensive! plenty of pie to go around.....uxc is just being range traded as per usual...
hopefully it's bottomed in this cycle....at least it should meet resistance now at the mid 50's. I've averaged down today.
