It's all about local connections. Whoever has the strongest link and be able to influence the govt to buy their coal, the player shall win the contract to supply coal locally. Is AVA in a good position?? I haven't seen any updates since the Jan meeting about coming up with a plan. Seems that nothing was achieved out of the meeting..govt still have to choose between 2 options on where to build their railway.
So, who can AVA count on to garner some political currency?
