Huge news just a pity Management didnt have the balls to negotiate directly with this steel mills and set up a JV themselves rather than eroding shareholder value through a takeover....
IMO if a JV was negotiated and we went into production as SDL shareholders the SP would be significantly more than the 45cents a share negotiated by management...
This news really firms up this project and reduces risk substantially...but again pity will only see 45cents...
