I have pretty much the opposite view.

It has taken almost 18 months to get to where we are now. There is no way Hanlong is going to be able to properly secure a partner in the next 6 weeks - it doesn't matter how advanced discussions are. The confidence of the Sundance Board is not justified at all.

The way I see it, this will likely end up dragging out another 12 months - and that's assuming the NDRC don't decide to add more conditions later (like another reduction in the price).
