What I hate about this is that it invokes hope.. They would be better to just run the company and trade out of this..

The biggest downside to all of this is that the company that takes over another company normally only offers a 25 - 30% premium on current sp. and with a whole heap of shareholders having bought well above $2. The shareholders wouldn't take it anyway... And this only distracts from running the company...
