Ian Huntley in the latest Your Money Weekly says that GPT is one of the safer REITS, with GMG in his buy category but being 'high risk' (GPT being 'medium risk').
Obviously lots of differing opinions... however, where there is risk there is also return! If you think the sector has been smashed, invest in a few of the 'good ones' to spread the downside risk...
