I am with u on that one ,this delay is really not doing the Angolians much to promote investment,and making to many investores nervours,also not a positive,yes there must be alot of paperwork to be done,but this delay is pushing it a little,personally the best thing they can realease is this kimbo licence when they are treated like kings in Australia.
