So two typical countries that would normally attend the Africa Down Under conference that did not this time, were representatives from Ghana & Tanzania.
Tanzania just got destroyed in the courts by IDA and likely have a couple more coming.
Ghana, well anyone following CMD already knows.
Is it just a coincidence that these two reliable attendees decided not to turn up this time round?
