Why would DRA sell shares? Perhaps with a new suitor in the wings they believe they got shafted and this is simply payback time. Does not really make sense.
Genorah clearly needs cash to pay all those legal bills and I am convinced that no Law Firm is stupid enough to get paid in shares.
Or Genorah has to put down another bond for the mining licenses. Who really knows what's going on.
