And what some of the new holders may not realise is that Kahlbetzer got his shares for 0.004 of a cent or 12 cents in todays share price with options at a time the company had to raise capital because it was about to run out of cash to pay the employees.
So it is a great incentive to sell at a 200% profit plus the gain from any sold options.
If he is selling it would be because he does not have a holding big enough to be worth while holding not to mention pride and the easy money.
