If he did that (if he was presenting this year) all sorts of shit would go down. Imagine how many smart phones would be buying LOMO's to try and beat a trading halt which would be frantically being organised by LOM management if that was in fact how they found out themselves. Hence why new market sensitive announcements can't just be sprung like that at meetings.
