Well we should all have an update before then, ML or no ML; I am almost certain there will be an update before the start of play tomorrow. He will need to have one out to the market in order to talk about anything that has happened within the last month. He can't release anything new that is price sensitive at the conference unless it has only immediately come to hand and we would still have to see a trading halt at that point in time - can't release info to some of the market and not to all.
It would be fantastic if there is a signature to a contract before the event, but who knows how far they are off and there is only 24 hours to achieve that now...
