It's confusing, I know, but that's not the organisation doing the arbitration in Far vs COP.
Its the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) in Paris that is handling Far's case. Unfortunately the progress of the case is rather less transparent at the ICC. The only page I could find that shows anything about current cases is https://iccwbo.org/dispute-resolution-services/arbitration/icc-arbitral-tribunals/
Which sheds very little light on case progress.
