    In fact nothing has changed for the positive at all, just not for the negative.

    Same old same old. "Speedhumps". Drilling may happen before the deadline but the chances of succeeding are diminishing as each day goes by.

    On the other hand, the African Oil Corp drill site targets in Kenya & Ethiopia do look positive. Bogal 1 is spudding at the end of Oct. 2009. & drill rig is currently being mobilised.
