Its officially in the hands of Farole as we all know! Cant see him backing out now as we would have seen this already IMO. Puntland is not in any financial situation to be renegotiating with others i believe. IMO Farole will announce that he has looked into the whole resources thing arefully for the best interest of Puntlanders and proceeding with the Range deal is what is best!
The good news is that Africa Oil are not the ones holding up progress anymore and are ready to GO DRILL!
