    PL did mention that the relationship with AOC was sometimes stained but would exspect that with JVs, AOC mentioned in the recent 3rd Q statement that they were on track to drill in 1st Q 2009 why the hold up. PL also said a new JV could be bought in to speed up progress. Who ownsw the siesmic data.
