How many millions have they spent, how much time have they had, how many promises have been made and broken, how many dodgy announcements and misleading interviews have there been. The way I see it, if they really wanted this to happen, we would have seen oil by now. All that has been seen so far is multimillions of dollars by the shysters in the background.
