I don't get it. Africa Oil tell us the amended PSA was ratified on the 23rd December "The revised agreements were signed by the parties in Garowe on December 8, 2009 and the amending agreements were ratified by the parliament of the Puntland State of Somalia on December 23, 2009."

whereas RRS told us on the 21st December that the amendments were ratified by puntland parliament

what gives....does one company rely on electronic communication while the other relies on homing pigeons?

Or were the timing of the ann's for the benfit of others?

Whatever it is, just don't tell me that RRS is new company without the baggage and shady characters of the old.
