Personally I think around 65% is appropriate, although at development stage, depending on overall sharemarket mood, one can assume a lower figure (maybe 40%) as the SH%t that can happen generally manifests at a fairly late point in development or after commissioning.

An obvious concern is China's significant influence in the country. I'd think there is every chance a large Chinese company positioning as SYR's foundation customer would use its political influence to drive a very hard bargain.

But on the positive side the same customer will be very anxious to ensure mine development is fast and that production is secure and reliable.
