KPMG for what it's worth gave Moz a BB country risk rating in 2012 - same as Morocco. Havent a clue where BB is on the scale, so not much use without further work. Anyway if you havent already, the reports can be found via Google very easily.

I'm working on roughly $200m after tax profit. Very wary of unpredictable government "participation". When the government see those kind of dollars generated they are sure to find a number of ways to participate.

It'd be nice if China Inc bought us out for $1.5bn sooner rather than later. Overall market risk in my opinion is very high.

Don't worry I pretty much play exclusively in the speculative end of the market. I welcome risk. Just trying to quantify this one better and how much is in the price. As everyone else no doubt is also doing.-)
