Zenmammon, the current market cap suggests a moderate risk. The recent climb to ATH was on the back of decent volume and the pull back is just profit taking and nervous types selling. There are far larger projects in Mozambique under development and foreign companies not paying their fair share of tax for the government to worry about. The GDP of Mozambique is tiny and therefore it would be foolish to do anything to scare away foreigners.
