African gangs are not gangs

On ABC this morning, watching two mealy mouthed African social workers defending these thuggish African gangs as 'not gangs' but product of social environment etc.etc. and with no real answers to STOPPING these misfits immediately.
These misfits should be sent back to where they come from where such behavior is the norm.
Deport the whole 'non gang' back to Africa and I am sure the problem will be solved very quickly.
Shame on Andrews and his Labor 'gang' for pandering to the migrant vote.
