in fact - they may not be gangs as such --- I would say that if they are grouping together in what we see and call a gang -
is probably more than likely a tribal formation ---------- that would be in their culture and recently. If they don't have the ingredients for being a 'tribe' - which I would suspect these do - then, rightfully they would be called a gang.
Whichever it is ------- even if it is neither ---------- if we have an immigrant violence or crime problem - I have zero tolerance for that -
if they can be deported - then, deport them -- and, in the case where we are talking about crime against humans - eg. assaults, theft, burglary, home invasion - anything where individuals are the victim -
I would be in favor of deportation even if the deportee is at risk in their own country.
As to other members who are here from whatever nations - if they are law abiding, peaceful and conviction free - then, accept them with open arms.
