Not that they would allow these statistics to get out. But per capita, I do believe that those of the African race in Australia would statistically have a much higher rate of committing crimes than those of other backgrounds.
We are stuck with the ones we have, but we can deal with this in due course. But why import any more until we can fix the duds we already have?
