it happens commonly - saw it even in Tassie with some African immigrants- in a particular a father and son family - had a not too old beamer - given to them by someone who cared
clearly not a racist bonehead that would suggest it has to be stolen (not you)
oh, and, they were a nice couple of blokes - off to work before light every morning except sunday
