Seems the absolutely disgusting/criminal lack of law and order in Victoria has had a follow on effect here in Qld. Kids have learned that the police and judiciary are weak and toothless. Mt Isa has street gangs that don't even bother to hide their identities and here in Brisbane we had our second car jacking in two days. Gang broke into a home demanding car keys and drove off with a car - then while the woman was on the phone to the police they came back and stole the second car!! They have been caught.
