If I was selling a possible mine to another company & as part of the transaction I was getting 25% of the company, $47m in cash, control of the board & the company was getting $45 plus m for exploration, I'd be generous as well.
People seem to have missed that the board of AKI is now CFE appointed & includes TS.
This was well conducted reverse listing of mayoko.
The $47m cash was not too cheap,the 30c AKI share issue was cheap, but needed to be to ensure the share issue was fully subscribed, but why should we care, we have 120m reasons to want the AKI sp to go up.
