Well, EQX have accepted Exxaro's offer for their shares and options in African Iron (AKI) which will allow the target of over 75% of the shares etc. to be reached and thereby assuring S/H of AKI to be paid 57c and 37c respectively for their shares and options by Exxaro.
As a S/H in AKI, I could have hoped that the T/O had not happened, but as a S/H of Cape Lambert, I can now look forward to the $1 per tonne produced in royalties from the new Exxaro mine (Presumely a lot sooner than AKI could have done ) I'm happy!...Lormac
