to answer your question Ktrianta, yes the transport agreement is signed. So I am told anyway. BUT if African Minerals ceases to exist, I feel sure that all agreements would be void. I can't see that a buyer would be bound to them (any precedents known with regards to agreements???)
AS for the Chinese working with Timis....there is a possibility, and shows how Timis could be doing a Clive Palmer. (remember how clive took over the nickel mine in QLD....inside information while a consultant for the company that wanted to buy from and was negotiating with BHP)
That would be good for CFE and timis and Sage are friends. Are the Chinese friends?
The article I posted suggests nationalisation by Sierra Leonne gov't....and subsequent sale by them to an operator. This is the thing I don't like about 3rd world countries. ... but I guess it could also happen in a 1st world country.
Anyway....that would also be good for CFE if the gov't sold to Timis.
