investment doctor suggests the chinese will take over....as they have already invested 1.5 billion and could take the rest for pennies on the dollar. May as well.
where would that leave the contract for transportation?
that is my question. Has anyone phoned CFE to get an answer to that. It would solve my malady...but I don't think CFE want to hear from me again.
