Yep - very good signs here, as discussed previously, the initial Ann IMO, was the start of a serious discussion with regards to a JV - a guarantee if you like.
We then get the signature, certianly quicker than what was expected.
Now we are seeing a buying surge...
The deal cant be done yet, but IMO must be very close to the paperwork being signed.
4c is the current ceiling, IF we get a JV (which is close - IMO / DYOR) we should see a reasonably quick run into 6 - 7c.
All speculation - but very happy to still be holding after the FLOW aquisition & the lows of the 2c mark...
