Encouraging that CI-202 is located only 80 km east of the giant Jubilee offshore discovery in 2007 of 1.8 billion barrels of reserves and subsequent Tweneboa (250 million barrels of reserves)and Odum (120 million barrels of reserves). All located in the Ivorian Basin as is C1-202. Over 2.2 billion barrels of reserves defined and derisked using 3D seismic data, modern seismic inversion processing and detailed seismic interpretation prior to drilling. These 3 discoveries has established the Ivorian Basin as one of the most promising emerging offshore petroleum provinces in the world.
