My understanding was that the optimising process will be completed this quarter.
I also believe that although there are some instant improvements with recovery that it will be fined tuned and during the next quarter we will see the results.
Which is fine as it might play an important part in keeping pressure on shorts and will help the momentum with the SP / finances of the company.
