This is not new. It has been going on for some time and not only in Melbourne I might add. Unfortunately their background dictates that if you want something you simply take it as there was no such thing as "law and order" where they came from. How long will it last? a generation until they assimilate? Who knows. They also still carry their tribal grievances as well, which is not always reported if ever I suppose.
