Absolute first rate garbage. . Unless someone has come uninvited into your home and belted the daylights out of you, then you have no clue. Just another apologist for the criminal types. We already have enough of those. They're called magistrates and police commissioners.

As an aside. I work with a fair few Africans. I have found them to be gentle, friendly and unfailingly polite. And even they are amazed at the Australian authorities weak response to the problem of their wayward youth. They inform that in their country the boys are whipped into line and good African families don't tolerate bad behaviour. Unfortunately the PC suckholes have removed parents ability to control their kids.
