The indigenous natives of countries where there has been colonisation had originally suffered by the domination of their people and cultures. However the subsequent flow on from that original event has allowed descendants to enjoy a standard of living that otherwise, unlikely they would not have had through their previous cultures!
As an example, there is no doubt that Aboriginals suffered when whites came to Australia, however the descendants of aboriginals have been given the opportunity to thrive educationally, financially, health has improved etc FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO PROGRESS! Of course there are instances where this hasn't happened , but every opportunity to help has been tryed and finances provided!

African countries also endured colonisation and thrived eventually , the natives suffered originally but have progressively had stable food and health benifit as well as employment!
What the mentality is that's destructive is they then turn around and say ' These colonists' are raping our country's resources and stolen our lands! Zimbabwe has become a disaster as will eventually South Africa.

The solution as I see it is not to encourage immigration of the indigenous educated 'BLACKS' of these countries where they can lead their peoples by people of their own heritage for the greater good of all there.
Simplistic but this may be a starting point of discussion!
