vitec global which is run by ex aft directors is now a major shareholder in aft, in other words, they got the technology for next to nothing now they want the company for nothing. havent seen anything like this ever. only thing missing in this circus is the rights issue falling over,then aft issues vitec global convertible notes which ultimately dilutes shareholders, giving vitec the company and the technology for next to nothing.
