Yes on closer examination it appears we have approx 30m in what I would call dummy bids... So someone is trying to to make the buyers side look massively stronger than it actually is. In addition there is possibly another 21m at 0.04c which I also suspect is a dummy bid.
So at time of writing we have 85m to buy (of which 50m is suspect) and 31.5m to sell. Therefore, the real ratio would seem to be 1:1, ie, in balance.
