Of course your statement makes no sense, in my opinion, but my vision based on the company's track record of failing to do what is necessary to get an EIA approved given its failure to do so in the first 4 rejected submissions over the last 12 years, using your vision, i see its failed 5th EIA attempt causing the company to slip out of reach as it falls of the cliff into bankruptcy, a flurry of securities violations and charges, and possibly even criminal charges. Like your vision above it is put forward only as my opinion, my only substantiation is the company's history of failure and their continuing to need to raise more money and more expensive money that they may or may not be able to do. Who knows, I don't claim to know, you shouldn't either.
